Approx 12:30pm, EVFC was activated for a reported strucutre fire in the 200 block of Graff Street in Everson Borough.
14 Chief arrived on scene and confirmed working fire. 14 Engine 2 was first on scene and began initial attack. First crew found fire on first floor in the front room of the structure. Fire was knocked down and under control within 30 minutes.
EVFC responded with Engine 2, Snorkel 5, and Engine 1. Other companies assisting were: 58 (scottdale), 45 (Bullskin Twp), 11 (Dawson), 7 (Connellsville Twp). Station 38 (Mt. Pleasant) was on standby assignment in Everson.
